And do not speak to Me about lifting the punishment, for it will not be lifted nor lightened. It is said: This is the last speech they will speak, then there will be no speech after that except for gasping and panting and howling like the howling of dogs, they do not understand nor will they be understood. And from Ibn Abbas: They have six supplications: When they enter the Fire, they will say for a thousand years: 'Our Lord, we have seen and heard,' and they will be answered: 'The truth of the saying is from Me.' They will call out for a thousand: 'Our Lord, You have caused us to die twice,' and they will be answered: 'That is because when Allah alone was called upon, you disbelieved.' They will call out for a thousand: 'O Master, let your Lord judge upon us,' and they will be answered: 'Indeed, you will remain.' Then they will call out for a thousand: 'Our Lord, delay us,' and they will be answered: 'Did you not used to be?' They will call out for a thousand: 'Our Lord, bring us out so we may do righteous deeds,' and they will be answered: 'Did We not grant you a long life?' They will call out for a thousand: 'My Lord, send us back,' and they will be answered: 'Be humiliated in it.'
