It may also be an alternative after an alternative from the Day of Resurrection. The intended meaning is the caller to the gathering. They said: It is Israfil standing on a rock of the Sacred House, calling the people, and they will come from every direction towards him without deviating. There is no deviation for him, meaning no one called to him will turn away, but they will come to him without turning aside, following his voice. That is: the voices are lowered due to the intensity of the terror and are quiet. So you will hear nothing except a whisper, which is the subtle sound. From it are the whispered letters. It is said: It is from the whisper of camels, which is the sound of their hooves when they walk, meaning: you will hear only the sound of footsteps and their movement towards the gathering. Whoever is suitable to be raised or lowered, the raising is as an alternative to the intercession with the assumption of the omission of the added, meaning: intercession will not benefit except the intercession of one whom the Most Merciful has permitted. The lowering is as a direct object. The meaning of 'He permitted him' and 'He was pleased with him for his sake' means: He permitted the intercessor and was pleased with his words for his sake. And similar to this is the 'lam' in His saying, 'And those who disbelieved said to those who believed, 'If it had been good, they would not have preceded us to it.'
