This is the conclusion of the surah and its section. It is as if he said: Convey this abode or give glad tidings of it and warn. Indeed, We have sent it down in your tongue, meaning your language, which is the clear Arabic tongue. We have made it easy and detailed so that you may give glad tidings by it and warn.

And 'al-ludd' refers to those who are severe in contention with falsehood, taking part in every ludd, meaning in every aspect of argument and debate due to their extreme stubbornness. This refers to the people of Mecca.

And His saying, 'And how many have We destroyed' is a warning for them and a notification. It has been read as 'tuḥiss' from 'ḥassa' if you feel it. From it comes the senses and the perceived things. Hanẓalah read 'tasmaʿ' as the present tense of 'asmʿt'. 'Al-ruqaz' refers to the hidden sound.

From it: 'rakaza' the spear when he buried its tip in the ground. 'Al-rakaz' refers to buried wealth.

From the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him: 'Whoever recites Surah Maryam will be given ten good deeds for each person who denied Zakariya and believed in him, and Yahya, and Maryam, and Isa, and Ibrahim, and Ishaq, and Yaqub, and Musa, and Harun, and Ismail, and Idris, and ten good deeds for each person who called upon Allah in this world and for each person who did not call upon Allah.'
