(Makkan, except for three verses at its end, and it is called Surah An-Nahl, and it has one hundred and twenty-eight verses [revealed after Surah Al-Kahf]) 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful'

When the days extended, they said: O Muhammad, we do not see anything of what you warned us about. Then the verse 'So do not hasten it' was revealed, and they felt reassured. And it was recited: 'You hasten it,' with the pronoun in both forms. Glorified and exalted is He above what they associate with Him. He, the Exalted, disavowed having a partner and that their gods are partners for Him. Or from their associating.
