And those before them plotted. He described them with plotting, then made their plotting all plotting in relation to His plotting. So He said, 'To Allah belongs all plotting.' Then He explained that by saying, 'He knows what every soul earns, and the disbelievers will know for whom is the final abode.' This is because the One who knows what every soul earns and has prepared its recompense is all the plotting, for it comes to them from where they do not know. They are in heedlessness of what is intended for them. It has been recited: the disbelievers. The disbelievers. And those who disbelieved. And disbelief: meaning its people. And the disbeliever is meant as the genus. And Junaḥ ibn Ḥubaysh recited, 'And the disbeliever will know,' meaning he will be informed, that is, he will be told.
