And the tanween in both is a substitute for the added noun, as if it were said: And every news that We relate to you, and from the news of the messengers, is a clarification for all. What We establish for your heart is a substitute for both. It may also mean: every type of retribution We relate to you, meaning: every kind of retribution We relate to you, referring to the different methods. And what We establish for you is the object of the relating. The meaning of establishing his heart is an increase in his certainty and what brings tranquility to his heart, because the abundance of evidence is more affirming for the heart and more firmly rooted in knowledge. And the truth has come to you in this, meaning in this surah.

Or in these news, the relating of which contains what is true and a reminder and admonition for the believers. And say to those who do not believe, from the people of Mecca and others: Continue in your state and your direction that you are upon. Indeed, we are working, and wait for us for the turns. Indeed, we are waiting for what will befall you of the punishments that have descended upon those like you.
